The Ten Commandments Commission Has it Wrong, According to Galal Doss of 'World's Last Chance'

There is zero benefit to be gained from the public display of Ten Commandments monuments. Morality will
only improve when God is permitted to write His Ten Commandments on our hearts. Any effort to highlight the Ten Commandments outside of the human heart is futile and may in fact be a red herring.

Cairo, Egypt (PRWEB) May 7, 2006 -- The Ten Commandments Commission (TCC) is seeking to ensure the legal right to display Ten Commandments monuments in public places. This was in reaction to a recent Supreme Court decision in Kentucky barring such displays. It is believed and advocated by the religious leaders of the TCC that without the right of public display of the Ten Commandments America's continued greatness will be jeopardized and endangered.

"The Bible reveals clearly where the Ten Commandments are to be displayed", says Mr. Doss. "'For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people." Hebrews 8:10. Doss intimated that, "It is highly implausible that the leaders of the TCC leaders are oblivious of God's purposes and would instead misplace their efforts. Could it be that there is another hidden agenda behind their initiative?'"

Mr. Doss believes the key for unlocking the real motive behind the TCC lies in the day of the week chosen to celebrate annually the Ten Commandment day; the first Sunday of every May.

"It is ironic", says Doss, " that Sunday will be chosen to celebrate the Ten Commandments when the fourth commandment highlights Saturday as God's holy and sacred day. Would it not have been more appropriate to select Saturday instead of Sunday if exalting the Ten Commandments was the real and sole goal of the TCC leaders?"

Doss went further to suggest, "Time will prove that the misguided initiative of TCC is but a bold step towards the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, which foretold the day when church and state in the USA will work together towards the forced exaltation of Sunday as a day of worship. This has been explained and elaborated at http://www.worldslastchance.com "

He concluded by saying, "As a non-American who has been inspired by the US Constitution which forbids the legislation of any religious law, and who is cognizant of Bible prophecy which has foretold that an ominous change will soon take place in the great land of liberty, I see in the TCC initiative an acceleration in the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. A notable American, Ellen G. White, presciently penned in 1899 the following solemn warning: 'With rapid steps we are approaching this period. When Protestant churches shall unite with the secular power to sustain a false religion, for opposing which their ancestors endured the fiercest persecution, then will the papal sabbath be enforced by the combined authority of church and state. There will be a national apostasy, which will end only in national ruin.'"

You have the gift of using simple, yet, direct words to share the message of the futility of trying to legislate morality.I agree 100%.It would be nice if laws could be made which would compel people to be moral, but if that were possible ,the Creator would not have needed to die in our stead. The problem as you stated lies in our hearts, which ,if devoid of the law of love and liberty,is simply not capable of obeying the Creator's commandments. Without His Holy Spirit within us,we are weak lawless souls, prone to every imaginable evil.Praise be to Yahweh for His mercy and justice..Peace be unto you..Pamela
