| This prayer request is for my current job/place of employment. I have been here 15 years and I feel like I am being pushed out by new management. Several of us old timers feel that way. Our hr department is very unfair, has their clicks and takes care of only those they like. You can feel their hate. They pretend to like you to your face then behind your back, you hear they are talking about you. I'm not sure how I should pray for them, but first I want God to change me where I need to be changes. I know I am not perfect, far from it. I love my job, it's the people that are making this a misserable place to be. I have a dream of going to school to take a wedding planner course and becoming a wedding planner, to do something that will help people create a beautiful memory in their lives. To be a part of that and to help create that would be a beautiful thing. I love event planning, that is what I really want to do. I am being held back here. Again, not sure how to pray for my co-workers here. My boss is a 26 immature person that cries when she does not get her way and they give it to her. I am not jealous, I just want to work with a grown up and feel like I make a difference. She takes all the glory and does not work like a team. I trained her when she arrived. I have been passsed up for many promotions in our administration department and I trained most of those people. I wish they would change for the better or leave. Or I pray for God to help me find a way to go to school and do the job that I really want to do in my heart. In Jesus Name I pray, AMEN! |
