Prayer request for little Jack...

A friend sent me the following email this morning. Her 3 month old son just had a tumor the size of a grapefruit removed 2 weeks ago and the test results came in this morning. Please read what she sent to me this morning and please oh please pray for little Jack...

"We were informed of Jack's pathology results this morning and they are not good. We were informed that Jack has Neuroblastoma. Basically this means cancer of specialised nerve cells. Neuroblastoma is 100% malignant. At this time they do not know whether the neuroblastoma was encapsulated in the teratoma or whether it is outside of that as well. As a result, we have to go to Brisbane and they are flying us out this coming Monday morning at 8:00am.
At this stage we will be there for a minimum of two weeks so that they can conduct further tests including his bone marrow. However we have been told that we could be there up to 8 weeks or more. We do not know whether he stays in Brisbane for ongoing treatment or if he can come home. This will depend on what treatment he has to get. It is doubtful that this will include chemotherapy as he is too young. We have been told that because he is under 1year he may have a better chance of survival. We would like to thank all of you for your support. We will let you know further information as we know it."

This is just a little bit of the email she wrote me this morning. Please everyone, pray for little Jack.
